Run a battle royal. Since I am just making this up now I picture something like 2 players begin at opposite ends of the field; at a timed interval you add a new player. This continues until you have used all of your taggers, since someone may get tagged out before you run out of taggers you may be able to slip in a few extra players. Winner would be the last man standing. Low hitpoints if you want to accelerate the game.
